Laborious experience because management refuses to recognize amenities that are needed.

Pros: Price only!!! Cons: No soap for the laundry room is ridiculous and especially the reasons!!! The laborious experience having to get into my car to drive around to look for soap for what every hotel and even less expensive hotels supply. This was another 1 hour loss for this travel around to find soap. This is sick. I leave at 0530 am and no breakfast was provided for this.hour. Another really redetermination managers at this location doesn't respect people go to work for 4, 5 and 6 am and now have to find food.

Staff really liked to put us down

Pros: I liked the people that stayed there Cons: Well I went to book a room but the staff said NO I HAD TO USE THE PRICE HE MADEE USE OR I HAD TO LEAVE LIKE $30 BUCKS MORE THEN MY SISTER BOOKED A ROOM AND THE STAFF BANGRD ON THE DOOR AND SAYES NO WE HAVE TO LEAVE THIS WAS AT 12: 05 pm on Tuesday IT WAS DREADFUL THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE CRAP THE GUY TOOK MY PROPERTY OFF THE CARRYING CART WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE OR LIFT THEN HE CAME BACK AND TOLD ME I HAD 10 min TO LEAVE OR HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS ON ME IM PUTTING A GRIEVANCE IN ON THEM WE WERE THERE LIKE 2 WEEKS THEY REALLY MADE U

TV was on loud next room over all night

It could have been better.

Pros: The accommodations were more than adequate. Cons: We were given the key to someone else’s room. And, embarrassingly walked in on them. There was a snafu at the front desk. It was rectified but we received no perk or gratuity for the inconvenience, embarrassment and extra effort it took to get to a room for which we had a reservation. I will not be utilizing that Extended Stay anymore.

Pros: Pleasant staff, and good location. Cons: Booking.com over charged me, they charge me more than the hotel. I am going to make a complain.
