A little too expensive for the room type
Pros: The room location, it was very quiet. Cons: The bathroom, there was a small step we kept tripping on, and the shower was hard to get in and out of. The room would not be suitable for an older person or anyone with injuries. The bathroom is not very well laid out, very small and stepping over into a shower with a small shub just does not work for the space.
Great location and good for the value
Pros: Great location and great for value Cons: Heat pump was too noisy and i wasn’t able to have deep sleep
We enjoyed our stay, room was great with a perfect view.
Pros: The room was Excellent with a great view. The staff were very friendly staff. The hotel was in a great location. Cons: Sauna / Gym not as advertised. Sauna did not work and this was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel over others.
Excellent, excellent, excellent value for money
Excellent, excellent, excellent value for money. Stunning views and great location. Wonderful, friendly staff who pay attention to details with housekeeping. Really enjoyed my stay here, definitely my top choice if i return to Christchurch.
Great spot in the middle of town
Pros: The location rooms and service were excellent Cons: The lobby was so cold. There was no heating so to have a drink we have to have coats and scarves on.
