Pros: The front of the apartment is so pretty and welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of hot water, extremely clean and a very cosy space. A lovely little bolt hole for exploring. Cons: The key box code on the Booking.com email was incorrect. The extremely steep hill, the top of which the apartment is, made parking difficult and could not have been accessed by my travelling companion on foot. I do think the position should be noted in the description.
Perfect for elderly mother and 2 daughters - welcoming and comfortable.
Pros: Central location, 10 min walk to centre, but very quiet at night. Immaculately clean. Huge shower with plenty of hot water. Basic essentials in kitchen for tea and coffee. Outside courtyard area. Cons: Nothing !

Pros: Great location. Clean and everything you would need in the apartment. Fantastic bathroom Cons: Nothing to complain about really. WiFi only connects in the main room (not the bedrooms).
An excellent and comfortable apartment.
Pros: This is a really well modernised ground-floor apartment in an interesting old building. Excellent facilities, well equipped kitchen, good walk-in shower. Malvern is a beautiful town, with an interesting museum, and the priory is wonderful. Cons: The parking was a little tricky, as Lygon Bank is quite steep - the clue is in the name! We would have liked to know more about these interesting buildings. Any chance of a bit of history being left inthe flat? The fridge was in a bit of state.
