Cons: Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel definiert sich über Details – und genau daran ist unser Aufenthalt gescheitert.
Zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts lagen benutzte Putzlappen auf unseren persönlichen Gegenständen: auf meiner Kosmetiktasche und auf dem Nachttisch, direkt neben dem Kopfkissen, auf meinem Kindle. In einem Haus dieser Kategorie ist das ein absolutes No-Go. Dazu passten leider auch die Zimmer insgesamt: schmierige Oberflächen, Haare am Boden – von makelloser Sauberkeit war das weit entfernt.

Great location, dedicated team - but cleanliness, quietness, and breakfast are far from a genuine 5-star level.

Cons: A 5-star hotel is defined by details - and that's exactly where our stay failed. Twice during our stay, used cleaning cloths were left on our personal items: on my cosmetic bag and on the nightstand, right next to the pillow, on my Kindle. In a house of this category, this is an absolute no-go. Unfortunately, the rooms also matched this: greasy surfaces, hair on the floor - it was far from impeccable cleanliness. Relaxation was also hardly possible: noise from the restaurant terrace to the room, a spotlight shining directly into the room,
