Pros: I liked the free breakfast Cons: It was extremely difficult getting someone to clean the room. I had to go to the front desk 4 times, 3 days to get someone to clean my room. i was very disappointed. ..

Pros: It’s fair. Cons: I was charged an extra booking fee for incidentals but the hotel did not refund it. It is a wrong practice.
