Entirely pleased; good stay with family on Fall break!
Pros: Traveling with family on fall break, we wanted a pool, good breakfast, comfy beds & spacious rooms, proximity to attractions- and got it all! Cons: These are tiny & inconsequential- but the hair conditioner does almost nothing; and when our room got refreshed for the 2nd day, we didn’t have a bath mat.
The hotel is OK but you better have earplugs

No third chances -will not come back
Pros: Location Cons: Staff - this is the 2nd visit within a week - decided to give a 2nd chance - evening clerk is lacking in hospitality skills. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and she questioned me asking for them then begrudgingly went to grab some for us. Needless to say didn’t trust she got clean ones so we bypassed them all together and used our own from our trip. Location is great morning clerk great evening never mind coming if you need anything forget it go somewhere else.
Go somewhere else if you want hospitality staff and service
