Won't make this mistake again.

Pros: The staff - after 45 minutes of bumbling - finally realized they should be embarrassed at the lack of professionalism or service and offered my kids a free treat from the market. They also "upgraded" us to a bigger suite. Nice thought, but the suite AC was broken... so... Cons: We stood at the check-in desk for 45 minutes (at 11pm) because they couldn't find our reservation through Booking. They say this is a frequent problem, but no one of the 3 staff present could seem to figure out how to take care of it or the guests. The lack of professionalism was horrible. Pros: Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage am Fluss mit einem tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Cincinnati. Cons: Das Zimmer war dreckig, der Teppichboden voller Haare und Nägel und sonstigem Dreck. Richtig ekelhaft. Dafür fast 200 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt. Habe das mehrfach an der Rezeption reklamiert, ist nichts passiert. Schlimm, etwas so verkommen zu lassen, denn die Einrichtung wie Lobby usw. sind sogar recht schön.

Pros: Location is great! Close to activities dinner choices transportation You can't beat the view. Staff is helpful and genuine. Place is neat as a pin. Cons: That we had to head home

Pros: Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto grande e comodo. Parcheggio comodissimo ma a pagamento. Cons: Colazione a la carte, niente di che.

Never again.

Pros: They sold our room to someone else. We paid good money for our room. Unprofessional as it gets. Cons: Ruined our trip.
