The site did not honor my stay.

Pros: Over booked and the night staff told me they did not receive my payment. Cons: Over booked and the night staff told me they did not receive my payment. Offered me a snack from the vending machine and directed us to the moxy. Not worth the value!

Excellent establishment, ideally located, with lovely staff, I highly recommend

Pros: The kindness of the staff, especially the breakfast agents (Javier, Dahyanah, and Fanny) The ideal location, very close to the center but a few streets away, so not subjected to the noise of the city's roaring engines Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very convenient to sites & restaurants and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: There was no pool (but it was still a good hotel to stay at and would return again)
