Overall, it was still a great experience!
Pros: The staffs at the reception desk were nice and friendly. The room was clean and my kids loved the welcome puppy towel made by Yuliia. The breakfast station was great and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool and us parents loved the hot tub. Cons: It could have been better if the bathroom door and the cabinet door was not connected or sliding. I mean there must be a nice bathroom door.
