Hassle at check-in
Pros: Location was good. It was nice and clean. Cons: When I went to check-in after booking and paying online through Booking.com, they tried to make me pay them at the property and said that Booking.com had not sent payment. It took several hours to resolve the issue. They blamed me for using a third party, and said they prefer direct bookings with them. The issue was resolved after they figured out I had in fact paid online. I had to show proof of payment via receipt and show that the money was deducted from my bank account. They finally called a manager who was able to access the website an
