Pros: The breakfast was great. Cons: The pool was down due to a customer "incident"
Pros: The breakfast was great. Cons: The pool was down due to a customer "incident". This was a 3 day family trip booked months ago. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. A planned part of our trip was to swim. Our kids were pretty disappointed.

Our first Zag
Pros: Nice staff, big bed Cons: Foul smell from the air conditioning, windows cannot be opened. Only small snacks available. An aging hotel. Noise disturbance from construction work even late at night. Breakfast to American standard, not suitable for sensitive stomachs.

Lovely stay
Pros: Good beds, large rooms. Cons: They advertise a water slide, which was closed. In fact, that's why we chose the hotel as we had kids 😂
