Overall a great experience

The hotel was quiet, and the staff was wonderful everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was pretty decent, with a good variety of options. The rooms could use a few updates, and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, which caused water to get all over the bathroom floor. Overall, though, it was a great location, and I had a good stay. I would consider staying here again. Also a big shout out to all the front desk staff for being so patient with my many packages 😂

Pros: The location was great in relation to Carrowinds. Cons: The AC was not blowing out air, It radiated cool air but did not blow making the room extremely uncomfortable! Taking a shower did not help matters as it seemed the exhaust fan did not work for the bathroom and the room became a sauna at that point with no air moving! After calling the front desk at 4 am(mind you we didn't get back to the room til around midnight or a little after) the front desk receptionist was pleasant but as she said her hands were tied, no fan to give, no maintenance to call as he was at the other location, and
