They refused to refund my cancellation fee when the reason for my cancellation was due to
Pros: New beds were amazing! Woke up with no back pain! Cons: Roaches. Also we had a family emergency which is what put us in that location to get a motel when we finally got through at the hospital and arrived at our hotel. It was past midnight and I was told that I had to wait until 4 AM to check in if I didn’t want that date account that they would not let me switch days.
