Very disappointed, expected better.
Pros: Housekeeping did a great job! Cons: The room we stayed in was nothing like the pictures on the website. One of the outlets in the bathroom area was coming out of the wall. Couldn’t find a thermostat. Old carpet and the couch was beyond used. Not a king suite like it showed on the website. I’ve stayed in so many other Fairfield Inn and Suites at other locations and they’ve all been amazing! The front desk clerk was struggling to get anyone checked in and would zone out mid-conversation. No ice on the second floor. The hotel itself was located in what appeared to be an unsafe location too.
