I did not like the staff that was there

Pros: The room really nice and clean Cons: Not having my room clean every time I was there I asked for towels front desk told me that I just checked in so I did not need any clean towels. Front desk gave me a towel. One towel, which was fine, but my rule was never ever clean for the past three days I was there.

Accomadating

Pros: Staff were friendly and rooms were nice and big. Cons: No complaints, except pool wasn’t ready or fixed and that should be noted on Booking.coms website so people will know when traveling. We had planned to use pool and lay out.

Pros: The hotel was very nice, breakfast was great, staff was very nice and the location was perfect Cons: Well there was only one issue with my toilet in my room and I had to address the front desk twice before something was done about it, but after that it was fine.
