Grubby and grim.
Pros: Nothing. If I could have found alternative accommodation nearby, I would have left after the first night.
Cons: This flat was grubby and tired. The living room rug needs deep cleaned. It requires a deep clean. Ingrained dirt on doors, particularly loo door. Dust, cobwebs and damp patches, particularly in the loo. Dubious stain on the couch. No teaspoons in the place! And, the toiletries supplied…20ml of shower gel. The boiler was located in the living area, concealed behind two plastic plants. The handles to raise and lower the blind in the living area were missing, making it difficult

Cons: We felt overpriced for accommodation, tired, outside and in, needs new bedding and new towels only stayed one night instead of two…. Disappointing.

The Lytham St Annes location is very good but I wouldn't stay in this property again.
Pros: The Lytham St Annes location and the Cafe at the end of the road - 200 yards away ! And from there paths to the centre. And the good weather.
A good central location for visiting the local area.
Cons: When booking I selected onsite parking. I booked 19 Fairhaven but we stayed in 4 Fairhaven - no one told us of the change - looking at the E-mails now, the first confirms we are staying at No. 19; one early E-mail mentions both & subsequent ones all refer to No. 4 ! It had no onsite parking for us - although there was for some people ! But one of them got blocked in !!
