Pros: Room very nice but ice machine on our level not working and bar staff not very welcoming so only went once Cons: Warmer welcome at the bar….. felt as though we shouldn’t have been there!

Very friendly and helpful staff

Amazing stay. Everyone at the hotel was SO helpful. Housekeeping happily helped me lace up a dress I couldn’t do myself. All of the front desk staff was so kind and happy to help with my requests. I had some lightbulbs go out in my room and maintenance was speedy and kind. Overall amazing experience!!

Fantastic!!!!!

Fairmont hotel, Phillip Powell concierge, really awesome personality , walked us down to Dakotas steakhouse. Got us complimentary champagne. Every one In Both places were so friendly and fantastic! Nice dinner at Perry's steakhouse for their Anniversary special, now House of Blues to see the pretty reckless. Saw Paris Jackson. Fantastic trip!!!!

Can’t wait to stay here again

Bui Minh Thuan checked me in and throughout the entire stay seeing them each time, they were warm and kind. The epitome of a caring hospitality professional. I thought the price couldn’t be beat for this hotel. It’s an older building and a renovation would be a great refresh but it was totally serviceable as it was. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a desk for work or eating at. I needed a business center to complete some of my work. There wasn’t one but the front desk was great at helping me scan and print documents as needed. The only other thing I would have re
