This hotel is very luxurious and the service is top notch specially at the restaurants and bars. They go beyond to make their customers feel special. Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. The only wrong thing i can point out is that the concierge staff is slow, not friendly and not knowledgeable, they had a cold attitude.

This hotel is luxurious and the service is outstanding specially at the restaurants and bars. They went beyond to make you feel special. The service and the ambience exceeded my expectations. However, I would point out that the concierge front desk was not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable and had cold attitude.
