We recently held a very special family event at Fairmont Windsor Park, and I cannot thank Tina and the team enough for helping make the day so memorable. From the very beginning, Tina was absolutely fantastic. Her time, patience, dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. She supported me throughout the planning process, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Amazing 50th birthday dinner here!

UPDATE AUGUST 2026 I wanted to extend my heart warming gratitude to the whole team here at Fairmont Windsor Park for helping to deliver an exceptional 50th birthday dinner celebration. Starting with Tina Israel who worked tirelessly with us for 9 months. Tina would put us first always even sometimes going home later than her usual hours to make sure we were happy. Tina is incredible and a great asset to the Fairmont brand! Huge thanks to Desmond who went out of his way to accommodate our dishes and tweaking a few specials. Just perfect

The moment we arrived we met the lovely doorman Tony who parked our car for us. At check in sharmila took us to our treehouse and explained our golf buggy. We were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble. The treehouse was beautiful and very well equipped even hair straightens were provided. Housekeeping worked very hard and visited twice a day. The Brassiere for breakfast was excellent. The children enjoyed all the activities provided and were never bored which made life easier for us. Ok but not luxury enough for the price

Pros: Food quality was very good. Windsor Brasserie and terrace bar both a nice atmosphere Cons: Some shoddy fittings in bedroom (loose tap); poor reception area and welcome; on two instances there was no-one present on front door when arrived so we brought cases in ourselves. Overall service felt very amateurish

Pros: Great breakfast with a wide variety, maybe a bit expensive. Cons: I would improve the organization in assigning the breakfast table, we often waited a lot.
