I was at the Falderhof for the first time and also the last time. If every owner changes something for me soon,
Pros: Beautiful old courtyard, located in the south of Cologne, from which with some passion and commitment, something great can be made. Cons: The hotel was built in the eighties and still looks like it today. The rooms are very basic, furnished without any love. The outside temperature was about 22°, but in the room it feels like 30°. The inventory is also from the eighties and it looks like it has never been renewed. The bathroom is from the same time and nothing more. My room was not cleaned, and according to the reception, this is only done every three days (boss's instruction). Breakfast

Despite everything, nice accommodation- always happy to come back
Pros: Great building with a beautiful courtyard, very nice staff and spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast Cons: Bathrooms a bit dated

It's good.
Pros: Great location, private parking, beautiful old courtyard, it's clean and cozy. Cons: No air conditioning, no refrigerator, not acceptable in midsummer.
