Great facilities, staff outside of smiling and checking you in are a joke
Pros: The hotel really is beautiful. My room was great. Comfortable bed. One of the best if not THE best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It has everything. Cons: The staff isn’t the greatest and communication is non existent. I was supposed to have breakfast included, and there was a miscommunication that happened on booking.com. A man named Jan offered to give me breakfast at 20€ instead of 28€. When I never heard from him, a man named Robert said he had go check with Jan to make sure I wasn’t “lying”. I couldn’t believe it. Jan never communicated with me after that. Never tried the brea
