Appartement mit Licht und Schatten
Pros: Großes Appartement in älterem Gebäude.
Gut ausgestattete Küche und separates Schlafzimmer.
Gutes WLAN.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Cons: Der CheckIn erfolgt Online. Das System verlangt den Upload aller! Ausweise angeblich aus rechtlichen Gründen als Foto. Üblich und vorgeschrieben ist der des Hauptmieters und Name und Geburtsdatum der anderen Familienmitglieder. Mehrmals wird angedroht, dass man keinen Zugangscode bekommt, wenn nicht ALLES ausgefüllt ist.
Ebenso wird man gezwungen, trotz eines bereits bestehenden Beherbergungsvertrags über bocking.com, einen weiteren Mietvertrag

Looks better online than it feels in real life
Pros: The stay wasn’t great overall, but the main positives were the very comfortable bath tub, great and really comfy bed and the good location, especially for grocery shopping and access to nearby amenities.
Cons: Overall, this was a disappointing stay. The building is old and the whole place gives the impression of something superficially polished rather than genuinely well maintained. Cleanliness was poor — there was mold and spiders in the toilet, the second bed was not made, and a bedsheet was missing.
The pre-arrival process was extremely frustrating. Before check-in, we had to fill

Decent object, but terrible experience with front door keys
Cons: We arrived at the property in the afternoon and the keys of the front door of the building weren't in the key box. We contacted the owner which said the guests of the other apartment in that building took the keys and told us they will take care of the situation and in the meantime to ring the doorbells of other residents in the building to enter (we rang three times). So, later that day we had gone for a walk in the town. When we came back the keys were still missing in the key box, so we once again rang the doorbells of the other residents explaining that we are the guests in the apart
