Pros: Beautiful, calming setting, great pool in the Bishops’s House building, great location and friendly staff Cons: If I was being super fussy the design of the shower meant the entire bathroom got soaked!

Pros: Faustino Gran is a beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, right in the heart of Ciutadella. If you want to stay within walking distance of the old town, restaurants, shops and the harbor, the location is truly hard to beat. The property itself is charming, beautifully designed and full of character. The staff overall were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the concierge team deserves a special mention.
