Beautiful property but Could be so much better. This was the longest check in we experienced arrived at 12.30 we’re told room not available , after one hour returned still not ready , after another hour checked again and eventually said was ready . We were not happy with the room as wasn’t as per photos shown on website , booked a feature room and received no feature room ! A basic modern room that didn’t have anything to do with the property shown in pictures . A mixture of furniture and decor that were not matching. It was our birthday and messaged in advanced to ensure will get the right r
