Personalised treatment as a human not just a customer.
Pros: Amazing owners and staff. Felt like home Cons: What’s not to like? The pictures are exact. Nothing looks any different to real life, it’s safe. Great Location with airport transfer if you stay. I originally booked 2 nights before my flight to Brisbane. Before I left I booked another 2 nights for when I got back as I live 3 hours away and I extended my stay by another day. As a single woman I always felt safe. I had all the facilities I needed and the bed is super comfortable! Bug honestly…. The owners and staff treat you like family. What more could you ask for?

nice room and convenient
Pros: easy access . modern . comfortable Cons: no blankets and we were cold. the heating was directly above the bed and would blow over the person sleeping there. We turned the heat on and off but there were no blankets to keep warm
