The stay was good. Thanks to the cleaner/cook who attended us from arrival and departure.
Pros: The breakfast was good and the location was okay. Cons: We never met the reception staff...very strange! That gave us the impression that we were not wanted. The door leading from our unit to the next ought to be sealed for privacy and limiting sound coming directly from our neighbors' unit.

The old lady who works there is friendly and warm. She just needs to be trained on operating a BnB.
Pros: The property is situated in a beautiful place and the rooms are big and spacious Cons: The gate took too long to be opened. The smell of the place, was musty and moldy. It was very cold although it had an aircon but wasn't effective. The fire place wasn't used Tne towels and linen were too old, they had lost the whiteness, worn out and didnt smell fresh. Tbe sheets were not changed and no offering of fresh towels on day 2. There was no bin near the tea station
Pros: Always a pleasure to visit Firenze, the breakfast option was a cherry 🍒 on top. Cons: Nothing
