One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The location was fantastic, the rooms were cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff! I stayed here with my boyfriend to celebrate his 25th birthday, and the wonderful team at Fitzwilliam Townhouse went above and beyond by surprising him with a gift and a birthday card. Their thoughtfulness and warm hospitality made our stay extra special. Every member of staff we encountered was fantastic throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better exp
