The pool party had very loud music no chairs for hotel guests, they should not host public parties in their pool.

Disaster exprience
Pros: Nothing to be honest from the service to the location everything was a disaster Cons: The service was extremely poor the staff were really rude and not professional the room service was disaster i had to call 5 times for someone to show up when its a 5 star hotel the breakfast was disappointing for the amount they were charging and the location is not convenient at all We paid 16k for 3nights which definitely not worth it Please dont even think about booking this hotel It literally ruined all my Switzerland experience

Pros: En primer lugar una cosa terrible alquilas una suite en hotel five y te llevan a unos apartamentos retirados del hotel con una vista a un gueto o sea otra dirección que para ir hasta allí te tienen que trasladar olvídate de llevar tacones porque puedes hasta lesionarte Cons: Un engaño en ningún momento ponen en la página que tiene una clase de apartamentos independientes al hotel no lo especifican en la página si quieres estar dentro del hotel te tocaría pagar 250 más Los apartamentos son limpios pero no es lo que venden en la página si reservas para estar en hotel five y te llevan a u
