Great Experience at Flemings Mayfair

I had a short 2-night stay in London and could not be happier that I stayed Flemings Mayfair. I felt welcome/valued by the staff at every turn, and my Deluxe Single room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay, I was able to walk 20-30 minutes to most of places I wanted to go, and the tube was convenient for the places that were farther away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with excellent croissants / yogurt / fruit / meats / cheeses. Other items were available ala carte, but for me it was perfect. Fantastic stay

We chose this lovely boutique hotel as we were also planning to have dinner at Ormer, a Michelin star restaurant housed here. I can't express how delighted we were with our stay. First of all, the Mayfair location is fantastic, close to Green and Hyde Parks and a short walk to Buckingham Palace. We received the warmest welcome, and absolutely adored our suite with it's own courtyard. The floor in the bathroom was heated, such a treat! Excellent and kind

My experience at the hotel was excellent. I would like to sincerely thank all the members of the staff for being so kind and caring after I fell on one of the streets of London and fractured my ankle. When I arrived at the hotel, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and I truly appreciated all the assistance and care they gave me during such a difficult and unexpected situation.
