There was a fish smell from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception did not offer us to change rooms, they just came and sprayed. It's very noisy, we can hear the chairs above the rooms. And during our stay, there were 2 buses of young people and the hotel let them party all night.

Disappointments were: the gym is actually a separate company and charges extra; the sauna was closed; the street noise was very loud at night. The unit and building were very well kept/clean and had a nice location not far from the beach and restaurants.

The phone number for this property was incorrectly listed on Expedia. It had the country code listed twice and that phone number was for another Flor da Rocha property. The correct number is +351 282 400309. We arrived at 1pm and fortunately they accommodated our request for an early check-in. The apartment was spacious with a nice view over the pool towards the ocean. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. We were disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the kitchen. The pool was nice with plenty of chaise lounges.
