Price vs quality is good.
Pros: Modern designed hotel, rooms and bathrooms. Clean concrete walls without any paint, but very beautiful designed. Clean room, every day 2 bottles of water and clean towels. Great service. Cons: Very unfriendly personel. Spoke bad German and bad English... Pricing of drinks and small food in the hotel bar is absurdly high. No wonder that nobody sit there in the evening for a nice drink to finish the day.

Great stay
Pros: Great place and location Cons: Get a room on a floor not too close to the rooftop bar if you are fussy about peace and quiet.
