Good location, but disappointing accommodation and service
Pros: The check-in process was smooth, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was good. Cons: I booked an apartment but was only given a small studio instead. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillow was too small. The staff took a long time to respond to messages. There was not even any soap provided in the bathroom, which was disappointing.
Pros: I liked apartament Cons: I liked the apartment; it has everything you need. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress—it’s way too soft. For someone with back problems like me, it just makes the pain worse. They really need to swap it out for a firmer mattress. Also, it’s very cold inside the apartment; the heating doesn’t work. But otherwise, everything else is fine.
