Wonderful getaway
Pros: It’s beautiful location and nice and quiet Cons: Nothing much
Lovely location, nice pool, lovely evening meal.
Pros: Breakfast and dinner were delicious, all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was great, and the room was excellent. All clean and comfortable, quite on a night too. Cons: Floor in the swimming pool changing rooms is very slippery. Could do with a pool room/ games room for kids.
Out in the countryside amongst the nature and golf
Wow oh wow ive never been here at all yet have heard the place be mentioned a few times the location of it is definitely in the country side and its so refreshing. The atmosphere here is relaxing calm always something going on yet its not rushed or negative, even the room I stayed in with a friend of mine was very spacious, slept pretty well as the blackout curtains are ideal, the value for the hotel rooms, food, drinks and spa is a mixture as obviously I was a guest of my friend they treated me but I did pay for some drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel is definitely kept on top of as they
Tired hotel; great staff
Visiting on a golf break. Room a bit tired, shower over bath fixed and low down, no USB sockets. Dinner on day 1 took 2.5 hours for no apparent reason, all guests sitting in restaurant without meals, and when they came they were below par. The one positive about the whole experience is the staff, at reception and in the restaurant; an especial shout out to Neha who served us in the restaurant, she was always upbeat and tremendously helpful despite the kitchen problems. Would come again but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and more investment by the owners.
October here averages 10°C, with around 78 mm of rain across the month.
