A wonderful peaceful spot in the heart of the New Forest.

Pros: A lovely hotel, set in a wonderful tranquil spot just outside Brockenhurst. So nice to wake up and see the New Forest ponies roaming right outside the hotel! Beautiful gardens with lots of outside seating and plenty of car parking space. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, everything was superb. The bedroom was newly renovated and had some really nice touches (including Nespresso coffee machine, DAB radio, Dyson hairdryer) and a huge bathroom. All the staff were wonderful, very friendly and always wanted to help. We'll definitely go back. Cons: It's hard to be critical of this hot

Lovely, I would come back again.

Pros: Location beautiful, we rode our bikes. The bikes were locked up securely. Food and staff were really nice, excellent service. The garden was lovely. Cons: The bathroom was a bit dusty. The bedroom was really hot.

Beautiful stay, fell in love with the area.

Pros: Beautiful gardens and surroundings, staff friendly and attentive. Cons: No fridge in room, no a/c bathroom could have done with more towels / flannel. plug in bath didn't fit, door didn't lock

Nice location, friendly staff ...Rest... not so good...

Pros: Nice staff! Cons: Old rooms, we had a room under the roof... felt like 50 degrees.....
