Lovely hotel, great gardens and location. Overall very good.
Housekeeping was not good……bed was made and fresh towels. But dirty glasses not replaced, tissues not replenished (box was empty when we arrived), just sloppy. Wait staff need new uniforms! Badly fitting and old.
Lovely weekend in the forest
Pros: Lovely location Nice room in hotel Cons: All the tables in bar booked out for dinner so nowhere for residents to sit and have a drink
the perfect country hotel, fantastic setting on the beautiful Brockenhurst forest, great food
A great stopover on the way to the Isle of Wight
Pros: Breakfast great. Dinner great. Hope to return. Cons: All good.
Lovely stay, hotel room not quite as nice as our last stay. Not sure cleaner done a great job, seemed she done just basi
Pros: The location and breakfast Cons: Our room was very warm, even tho there was a fan. The carpet seems to be a little dated now, but still loved it there.
