For the price we paid, we really expected more. We expected what we saw online
Pros: I loved the location of the property. Nice and central Cons: - the parking for guests is uncomfortable and very hats to find. - there were cockroaches in our room - the receptionist upon arrival was not welcoming and not helpful. There could be better customer service - the restaurant hostess, waiters and waitresses were very professional and welcoming - the lady who was making eggs all week wasn’t at all friendly and was irritable - there isn’t enough ventilation in the bathroom and rooms

Pros: We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit and it was spacious! We loved our balcony! Cons: The unit desperately needs some maintenance and housekeeping oversight! Shower in 2nd bathroom did not work, fridge
Pros: We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit and it was spacious! We loved our balcony! Cons: The unit desperately needs some maintenance and housekeeping oversight! Shower in 2nd bathroom did not work, fridge is not making cold. Towels are in shocking condition and there were not enough pots & pans and dishes in the unit.

Pros: Everything besides funny extra costs Cons: They charged me extra R85 per day for packing which wasn’t included in the description at all. They also denied us to borrow cutlery and we were celebrating a birthday we asked for a knife, fork and a plate they said we must order food first.
