Elegant, sophisticated, beautifully appointed French boutique hotel in Tribeca.
Pros: Great location in Tribeca. Beautifully appointed hotel and room. Very comfortable and quiet. Cons: Almost perfect could have used a lighter blanket in lieu of comforter, other than that we loved it!

“Ignored and Disrespected — A Concerning Experience for Any Guest of Color”
Incredibly questionable level of code of conduct and class amongst the people who work here. After investigating, I’ve heard of multiple discriminatory incidents that others have experienced here. Here is my most recent direct incident. Please note I gave the hotel ample opportunity to address what should’ve been seen as a high priority. Lissy promised to call back and did not. I will be heard & this should’ve been addressed in a timely manner.
