Pros: Staff super friendly and professional and really patient, they do everything to help and think along with me, I am a mother with a special child very important. So sweet, thank you!!! Cons: That booking.com did NOT inform that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation and it would be difficult to sleep in with a lot of noise, yet the hotel tries to take it into account. Sofa bed in the room is terrible!! But... So kind of the receptionist, she did offer to change rooms, she was really super, thank you!

Very nice staff, clean room. Thank you very much.

Pros: The breakfast was great Cons: Construction work in other rooms. It is understandable that something like this happens, but that is the only thing that was 'disturbing'.
