Perfect
Pros: Great location, staff welcoming, rooms clean and super comfy bed. Bonus having the Churchill rooftop bar and restaurant. Makes for the perfect stay. Cons: NA

My mom first NZ trip
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process.
