Great location for a city break

Pros: Location was perfect for us. Check in was hassle free, and we were able to check in a little early which was awesome (due to having Marriot membership). Hubby enjoyed breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Cons: Other guests were being given instructions on arrival for breakfast (where things were etc), but we were just shown to our seats and left to figure it out. Not a major problem, but would have been nice to know that we could order different eggs. For me, I try and follow a low carb diet, I found there were not many options (other than just bacon and eggs). However I didn't go

Great location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was polite and friendly.

Some hiccups, but overall a great experience and stay for the price.

Pros: Location was great! Right in the city hub but couldn’t hear any city noise from our floor at all. Staff were very friendly and very reachable via bonvoy app. I really enjoyed the water bottle filler such a good idea! Cons: There were some issues with service regarding extra charges on our account that we had to ask 3 times about removing. The breakfast was minimal and should be complimentary for at least 1 night I feel. The photos of the apartment showed timber flooring (which I needed) however we had carpet. Wonderful. Very convenient for our short stay

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We were easily able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was really good too. We had a nice view of the sky tower, and a water refilling station on our floor by the elevator. Valet parking was very handy, although quite pricy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would certainly stay there again. I would like to try out the rooftop cocktail bar next time.

Amazing location and classist staff

Pros: The location made up for most of the negative and the beds were very comfy and the rooms were very nice! Cons: The staff - specifically the breakfast buffet staff, if you don’t look older and deserving to be there then you aren’t treated well. I asked for some yogurt was told there was no more only to see that the same staff member got some yogurt for another older later after me. We were looked at as if we didn’t belong and the staff never believed a word we said. So if you’re a younger married couple and you don’t look like you have money AVOID
