Noisy without benefits.

Pros: room was clean and spacious, but not comfortable. large bed. Cons: noise levels from the road below. size of the "swimming pool" was a joke. breakfast was overpriced. coffee available in the room was poor.

Overall the stay was alright. The local neighborhood is cute and there is a pub, pizza place and a little breakfast cafe

Pros: The staff were friendly and they let us stay in the pool a little bit later than it closed Cons: The sheets were stained on arrival and seemed like they were possibly from a previous guest.. the staff came in and changed them upon request. The rooms are VERY SMALL! But for being outside boston thats probably normal. The vent in the bathroom didnt work so the entire room got humid with just one shower despite there being AC.
