Would have been better is staff communicate with each other better
Pros: It was right in the middle of all the action but still quiet Cons: How no one knew the elevators didn’t work on floor 5 they acted like it was a shock every time we had to call for the elevator. We did have 4 young kids with us so taking the stairs was not an option plus 1 comp small water bottle for a 4 person room is crazy

Great location and good room do not compensate for the intense noise that goes on until dawn. Nobody sleeps!
Pros: The location is very good, but there is a lot of noise from the surrounding bars until dawn. Cons: The service at breakfast was bad. On the first day of our stay, the attendant was very impatient. We expected a breakfast buffet, self-service system, but it was an à la carte service (limited). The biggest problem was that she said our reservation only included breakfast for two people and that we would have to pay separately for our son's breakfast. We found this absurd! We are used to traveling with our son (now 21 years old) and this has never happened. We made a reservation for 3 peopl
