Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village

I loved the location, a 10 min walk to west village and hudson square is a nice place overall. The 2 queen room was a bit cramped but it was overall a pleasant lobby and room, the beds were comfortable as well.

Muy bien ubicado, buenas habitaciones

Pros: The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good location for getting around the city. Cons: We stayed for a week. The room was fine when we arrived, but a few days in, we noticed the room smelled musty and clothing we left out during the day felt damp. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, they were unable to move us to a different room. While we were out during the day, maintenance did come in and opened the window, but I guess they couldn't come up with a solution because it remained the same throughout the rest of the trip. Bad hotel…

Pros: Location is good. Cons: First room smelled like cigarette smoke. Phone didnt work. Second room phone did not work. Terrible pillows. I called from my phone as the one in room did not work to ask for better pillows that never arrived. Had to go down twice to ask for softer ones. Bathroom floods when you shower. Very noisy at night.. will not go back
