A lovely one night stay
I had a wonderful day at the hotel. I arrived late at night but enjoyed that they had 24/7 service. The chicken masala was fabulous. Just the right amount of spice. The room was well appointed, clean and I slept like a baby. I should've asked for a wake up call as I almost missed breakfast, but fortunately breakfast is extended until 11 AM on the weekend. Lots of variety at breakfast to meet all your taste and fancy. The team at breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Sharon was wonderful at checkout. Perfect hotel before heading out on safari.
We’ve had a lovely stay here after arriving late in Nairobi. The room is nice and the king sized bed is huge and very comfortable. Last night we had drinks and snacks at the rooftop restaurant Tazama and enjoyed breakfast at The Marketplace this morning. The food was quite good and the staff are all lovely. Also felt very safe with security checkpoints as we entered.

Went for some business meeting. Had dinner at the hotel, indeed it was sumptuous. Had the pleasure of meeting Chef Paul. He's a delightful & professional gentleman. Their waiter Hillary is so professional & welcoming may God bless them. I also thank the management for keeping up with the right personnel, right from the entrance. All Four points Jomo Kenyatta team be blessed. I can highly recommend the hotel. Two thumps up. Cheers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.
