Definitely would never stay here again

Pros: Only thing that was good about the whole place was the breakfast that they ended up comping for us because of how horrible the service was the night before Cons: My husband and our 5 year old daughter had to wait in the lobby, soaking wet from the pool because I was out getting food and I forgot to leave my key and the gentleman in the front wouldn’t let them in because my husband‘s last name didn’t match the name on my ID even though this was the gentleman that checked all of us in a couple hours prior to that there was absolutely no need for it. He didn’t even offer to call me. Pool li
