Pros: Location Cons: The staff was really rude and offered no assistance. When I asked about something, the response was always that I was reserved from a third party and they cannot do anything else

Pros: Plantas no térreo . Das instalações do térreo . Só Waffle do café da manhã . Da água na recepção Cons: Falta claridade na sala de tv . Acho que tinha cheiro forte no cobertor de quem dorme na sala que antecede o quadro . No sofá que vira cama o cobertor tinha cheiro forte

Pros: None Cons: Rude receptionist Vicki Vazquez; parking payment code was not working, she wouldn’t assist us when we asked. In all my years, never encountered a more incompetent, nasty, and rude hotel receptionist. Stay away from Four Points and Sheraton

Pros: To many fees, I'm a disabled army veteran and I had to pay for handicapped parking. And I had to pay $50 a day incidental fees. And $21 for a continental breakfast any other hotel gives you this for free..I will never spend my hard earned money here again Cons: Everything was horrible
