Four Points Flex by Sheraton Brighton Seafront

Overall, I enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Duvets were nice and warm, bed comfortable. Nice and quiet. Seafront promenade just across the road. Many restaurants close by and easy walk to the Pavilion, train station. Staff were nice and quickly got us taxis when needed. Cons: No ventilation in shower so had to open a window to get rid of moisture. Because bathtub floor is higher than bathroom floor had to be careful getting out to avoid slipping. Bathroom door lock was tricky to close. Tap on sink was sticking so hard to turn on water without it gushing out. These were all minor issues

Pros: Sehr freundliches Personal. Cons: Das Zweibettzimmer sehr klein, absolut keine Ablage, wir mussten alles in den Koffern auf dem Boden lassen. Auch im Bad keine Ablage. Nach 2 Nächten fragten wir nach einem anderen Zimmer, das uns auch ohne Probleme gegeben wurde. Das Frühstück war unter der alten Führung viel abwechslungsreicher und vielfältiger. Nachdem ich 6 Mal hier war, werde ich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr hier buchen.

Pros: Very happy staff always happy to help Cons: Our bedroom was on a floor that the lift didn’t stop at , this ment that my disabled mum had to walk a flight of stairs which she found herself out of breath climbing them, breakfast food wasn’t very hot and the car park was expensive for elderly people

Pros: Location and staff very friendly Cons: Rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. Old, tired, small and poky but worst of all no air-conditioning and unbearably hot. Very old fashioned room. Not sheraton standard at all
