Only good thing about this hotel is the location
Pros: Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Nothing else ~ Cons: Very small room, with drainage problems, we reported on the next morning but nothing has been done when we return. We have to report it again on the third day and then someone finally comes in and try to fix. I said try, because he did make better but not totally fixed.

I would stay here in a heartbeat for a short stay. Perfectly located and great staff.
Pros: Jason on reception was really helpful and even gave us our room early which was amazing. The room was small but perfectly formed, with everything we needed. It was a really hot night but it helped to have a fan in the room. The price was on the high side but perfectly understandable for the time of the year and we were happy to pay for what we got. Well done to housekeeping who were working furiously in the heat and getting clean sparkly rooms. Cons: Nothing

Pros: The location is central - so close to nice restaurants, shopping, grocery, the Princes gardens. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, the one who checked me in was particularly nice - helped me with luggage. The room is decent size. The lifts and AC were worth it. Cons: The wifi didn't work and I was just trying to use it for the TV - not my personal devices. I went to the wrong entrance first but that was more me not reading the hotel description properly.
