The Sheraton in hotel name is very misleading. This has to be the worst budget hotel chain experience.
Pros: Location and breakfast in Hakodate朝市. These are the only good things about this hotel. Cons: Very hard mattress. Poor facility. Poor value compared to other budget hotel chain.

Pros: 駅から近く、周りにツルハやコンビニ、居酒屋など沢山のお店があり、部屋も綺麗だった点 Cons: バスタオルがもう1枚必要であり、受付の方にお願いしたところ、少し嫌そうな表情で裏からバスタオルを持ってきて渡された。もう少し笑顔で対応してほしい。
