Excellent value for money in a comfortable room that was practical and included everything we need

Excellent location only a few hundred metres from the station but on a quiet street. A short walk to bars restaurants shops and the river.

Cons: That I followed the cancellation request policy of booking.com and Sheraton said it was wrong. We couldn't make the reservation due to a suicide on the train tracks to Newcastle. Party of 9, 2 in wheelchairs, 3 kids. No sympathy at all
