Good location and reasonable price
Pros: It’s a nice hotel in a good location Cons: Breakfast finishes at 9:30 which is too early compared to other hotels , we’re not all early birds, no coffee machine or roasted coffee pots so had to settle for instant coffee at breakfast which is also unusual for hotel breakfasts, had to pay standard parking in the car park next door - they should negotiate a lower rate for people staying in the hotel
Very enjoyable
Pros: Good location next to Nottingham Castle which I was wanting to visit coming into the city Cons: Room was a bit small but I expected that coming in
The only thing that was not so good was the Shower head popped off when I turned it on and then they had no coffee only
Pros: The Receptionist was so nice and very happy Cons: The hotel is very nice would and will be staying again
Exceeded expectations
Fantastic location close to the castle and next to a large car carpark. We weren't expecting much based on the price but the hotel was lovely, really friendly professional staff, updated through out, spacious modern comfortable rooms.
