I would like someone from Marriott to contact me regarding how we were treated.
Pros: When we finally got to our rooms, they were clean and quiet. Cons: Check in was a nightmare. We waited over an hour (from 4:50 pm to 6:05 pm) due to software issues. The manager was so rude to me and my party and another couple who was trying to check in, I was aghast. The poor clerk who was trying to help, could do little more than wring her hands and say it was a new system. The man in charge of software could not fix the problem. I had prepaid but was not allowed into our rooms because the machine would not accept any credit card (I had three) to take a deposit for each room. Un
